Lower School Checklist
RAVENNA ACCOUNT
Applicants must have a Ravenna account to access our online admissions portal. Once your account is active, you’ll see more details and may register for events.- PRELIMINARY APPLICATION
Our application opens on September 3, 2024 and includes some background information.
Deadline: November 22, 2024 - STUDENT INTERVIEW
For Nursery applicants, interview dates will be available after mid-October. Please register in Ravenna for a timeslot for a small group interview with members of our Early Childhood faculty. For applicants to Pre-K through Grade 4, interviews are based on space availability and are by invitation. - FAMILY VIRTUAL INTERVIEW
We will conduct virtual interviews with all Nursery families who submit a preliminary application by the deadline. Interview appointments will be available on Ravenna. Family interview for applicants to Pre-K through Grade 4 will be by invitation only. - SPEECH VIDEO
Families must upload a video of their student speaking in conversation or monologue.

Non-entry Year Deadline (Pre-K – Grade 4): November 22, 2024 - IN-PERSON or ONLINE INFORMATION SESSION

Families are asked to complete the ISAAGNY Parent Statement Form.
Nursery Deadline: January 9, 2025
Non-entry Year Deadline (Pre-K – Grade 4): November 22, 2024 - TEACHER RECOMMENDATION
This is required for all applicants. For Nursery and Pre-K, a waiver may be obtained if a teacher is not available.
Deadline: January 9, 2025 - TRANSCRIPTS (Grades 2 – 4)
Download the Transcript Request Form in Ravenna and print or email it to the records office at your child’s current school after December 1.
Deadline: January 9, 2025 - ISEE PRIMARY or SSAT
Testing is required for admission into Grades 2 – 4 this year. You can read more about our new policy here.
Deadline: January 9, 2025 - SUPPLEMENTAL DOCUMENTS
